Michael A. Freedman has been Chief Executive Officer of Alchemy Media Holdings LLC, the parent company of Lambda Lambda Sigma LLC (d/b/a/ “Alchemy”) since September 2014. From January 2006 through November 2012 with its sale to Van Wagner Communications, Mike was CEO of Fuel Outdoor Holdings LLC (“Fuel”) a company that Mike acquired with backing from Och-Ziff Capital Management (NYSE-OZM). Prior to the purchase of Fuel, Mike was an original founder of Pacific Media in 1989. Mike led the management team that grew Pacific Media into the largest out-of-home media company in Japan. In 1996, Mike was instrumental in selling control of Pacific Media to Catalina Market Corporation (NYSE: POS). From 1996 through July 2003, Mike had overall management responsibility for both Pacific Media K.K. and Catalina Marketing Japan K.K., both of which grew over that period to become the major players in their respective industry segments in Japan. Mike is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College with an AB in East Asian Studies.
